OVERVIEW

The “Partner Privileges” Program is an optional upgrade benefit which will be made available to all current members as of March 1, 2006.  This is the ultimate level of private club membership privileges offering complimentary golf at Associate Clubs, Legacy Membership privileges and a Relocation benefit.

THE ASSOCIATE CLUB BENEFIT

Members of your Club receive the following in Associate Club privileges when they upgrade to include the “Partner Privileges”:  

•  2 complimentary rounds of golf per month per private Associate Club. Cart Fee only will be required. Unlimited complimentary rounds of golf per month at Daily Fee courses (cart fees apply).  

•  These complimentary rounds are available to the member, spouse and dependent children listed on the membership at the home club.   

•  50% discount on the accompanied guest rate for up to three (3) accompanied guests.   

•  Tee times may be made by the member or through the Pro Shop of the Home Club.   

•  Access to ALL of the facilities of Associate Clubs on a space available basis including: tennis, athletics, fitness, bowling, social activities and events, dining and catering facilities.  Partner Privilege Members will only be subject to the same fees in these areas that local members are also subject to.   

RESTRICTIONS:   

1. Associate Club privileges apply to all Private Clubs that are located outside a 75 mile radius of the member’s home(s), business(es) and home club. There is no mileage restriction for the use of Daily Fee courses.
2. Private Club complimentary access is Tuesday through Friday (except GSW), and after 2:00 PM on weekend days.
3. Daily Fee course complimentary access is Monday through Thursday and after 2:00 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
4. Associate Club playing privileges are on a space available basis as determined by the Host Club. Holidays are excluded. The number of tee times available may be subject to restrictions.
5. A maximum of 3 guests may receive the 50% guest discount, and only during the complimentary access times listed above.
6. A maximum of 2 complimentary rounds per month per membership at any Private Club.  No restrictions on the allowable number of complimentary rounds at Daily Fee courses.
7. Members and guests are subject to all of the policies, rules and regulations of each club or course.
8. Members must present a validated Partner Privileges membership card upon check-in.
9. Partner Privileges Members requesting play at Associate Clubs for larger groups may contact the desired Club directly or through the Pro Shop of their Home Club.  Group play (more than 4 players) will be on a space available basis, and subject to fees as determined by the Host Club.
10. Century Golf Partners reserves the right to revise, modify or withdraw the Partner Privileges program, or any feature of the program, at any time.

“Space Available” at Associate Clubs for access by Partner Privileges is determined by each Host Club.    

THE LEGACY BENEFIT

Your Members who have upgraded to include the “Partner Privileges” may bestow the Legacy Membership Benefit on members of their family.   

The Legacy Benefit allows the children, grandchildren, parents and grandparents of Partner Privileges members in good standing to join the Associate Club of their choice, and defer payment of the current initiation fee as follows:   

•  Children & Grandchildren:  May defer payment of the then current initiation fee until their 40^th birthday, or for 5 years, whichever is longer.   

•  Parents & Grandparents: May defer the then current initiation fee for 5 years.   

The amount of the initiation fee is frozen at the time of enrollment, and is the amount that is due at the end of the deferred time period, regardless of whether the initiation fee has escalated during that time.   

Each Club, at its discretion, may offer preferred payment terms on the initiation fee when it comes due, or, may offer sponsorship incentives to Legacy members to retire their initiation fee obligation.   

No Promissory Note is signed by a Legacy Member. His/her initiation fee is only due at the end of the deferred period IF they want to continue membership in the Club.  If they choose to retire from the Club at that time, no IF is due!   

Legacy Memberships are obtainable on a space available basis. If the desired Club has a waiting list for membership, a potential Legacy Member would have to be placed on the waiting list according to the Club’s wait list policies, rules and regulations.   

THE RELOCATION BENEFIT

Your Members who upgrade their memberships to include the “Partner Privileges” will receive a unique Relocation Benefit as follows:   

A Partner Privileges Member in good standing, who is relocating outside the resident area of his/her home club (75 miles minimum), will be allowed to apply the amount of the original initiation fee paid to his/her former club, against the initiation fee requirement of the new Club, and will pay only the difference in the two initiation fees, if a difference exists.   

•  A letter validating the amount of the initiation fee paid to the former club must be forwarded to the new club by the Membership Director.   

•  In the case of multiple relocations, the member may apply the highest initiation fee paid to a former club.   

•  Relocation is on a space available basis. Should the new Club be full with a waiting list, the relocating member will have to be placed on the waiting list and wait for an opening to occur.   

•  Relocation applies ONLY outside a 75 mile radius from the Home Club.  Any requests for exceptions to this must be handled through Ken Story.
