Meet Your Trainer, Blaike Woodruff

Blaike Woodruff with WFIT, is the new Fitness Trainer at The Berry Creek Country Club! With a Bachelors of Science in Physiology and Kinesiology/rehabilitation, he has a wide array of knowledge in exercise science. Being a former collegian athlete he has experience in strength and conditioning and sports specific training. He is capable of training children to the more experienced of 70+.

With lots of options for different training packages, there is a specific package that will not only fit YOUR lifestyle, but also fit YOUR specific goals!
